This website is operated by COMERCECORE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16761993. Our registered office is Suite 369 Jolyon House, Amberley Way, Hounslow, TW4 6BH. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean COMERCECORE LTD, and "you" means anyone using our website or buying from us.

COMERCECORE LTD is not currently registered for VAT.

You may use this website to browse and to place genuine orders. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, introducing harmful code or using it for anything unlawful. If you create an account, please keep your login details secure. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, including sizes, materials and specifications. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in size or finish can occur, so please check the measurements on each product page. All products are subject to availability; if something you order is unavailable we will tell you and refund you for it.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery to UK addresses is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If we find an obvious pricing error on your order, we will contact you and you can either continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers and we do not store your full card details.

After you order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. This does not mean we have accepted your order. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud; if we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland (including supported regions and islands) and the Isle of Man. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and the areas we cannot deliver to are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items are handled in line with your statutory rights. Full details, including the returns address and the items we cannot accept back, are in our Refund Policy.

If you are buying for a business, please contact us for trade and bulk pricing. Bulk orders are quoted individually and are payable in advance. The 30-day change-of-mind return period and the consumer rights described in these terms apply to consumers only; business customers keep any rights they have under the law.

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the COMERCECORE name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our website uses third-party services such as our e-commerce platform, payment providers and review service, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. Please use our products in line with the product information and any instructions supplied.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on this website when you placed it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
